Richie and his team there at Advanced Car Care are stellar. From the very first contact with Richie to receiving my truck back, the responsiveness, speed, and professionalism displayed by the team was hands down amazing. Additionally, they stand by their work. I had a slight issue with a noise that began after my tires were installed, and no questions asked, they had me bring the truck back in and took care of it in less than 30 minutes. In addition, Richie answered all of my text messages over the weekend to reassure me that they would take care of things, and confirmed that my truck would be safe while I was driving it. I wish other businesses stood by their work like Richie and Advanced Car Care do. On top of all this, they beat pricing from many other shops. Thanks Richie and team! I will be bringing my truck to you all moving forward. Highly recommended! A+++ experience.

Quality service came in for some tires and informed of each tire type and its application. Great pricing and the service was amazing 10/10 Experience came in for a mount and balance of some tires. Would definitely recommend to others for a quick service and affordable tires

Found a tear in my leather after picking up my vehicle. Expect to pay 400–500 over what they quote you. Other than that it was a decent service

I brought my dad’s car here for a basic oil change after purchasing a conventional oil change through Groupon. As soon as I arrived, the employee told me conventional oil “is not good” — even though they advertise and charge $79.99 for it at their shop. It immediately felt like an upsell attempt. I confirmed that conventional oil was fine and that’s what I had already paid for. While waiting in the lobby, the technician came in and said nothing had been done yet, then asked me to step outside — where he tried to upsell additional services. At that point, I decided to cancel and requested a refund. What concerned me most was that while I was waiting for the refund paperwork, I saw an employee adding oil into my car — even though I had just been told the oil had not been drained and no work had been performed. That inconsistency didn’t sit right with me. The experience felt unprofessional and questionable. I recommend reading other reviews carefully before bringing your vehicle here. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
